Will my case go to court?

When a person files for compensation, there are several outcomes that may happen. In some cases, a person’s case may be settled out of court. When this occurs, a claimant settles on a fair amount with a defendant, and the case is ended at that point. If the case isn’t settled, it can continue on to court. If a case goes to court, the court may side with the claimant and award them compensation accordingly.
