Woman Dies After Consuming Health Drink

An 88-year-old New Jersey woman has passed away after she drank the suggested serving size of a health drink and was contaminated with Vitamin D poisoning.
A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed by the woman’s family and alleges that the health drink, Gary Null’s Ultimate Power Meal, led to the woman developing kidney and heart problems. The woman consumed the beverage on a regular basis over a three-month time period.
The creator behind the health drink, Gary Null, has stated that the manufacturers of the powder acted negligently when a batch of the drink contained more than 1000 times the daily dosage of Vitamin D. Null, himself, experienced severe side effects from drinking the powder out of that batch and ultimately sued the manufacturers as well.
