Recall: Flat screen TV mount due to injury hazard

Milestone AV Technologies, LLC along with the Consumer Product Safety Commission have issued the voluntary recall of 131,000 flat screen TV mounts because the TV may fall and cause injury.

The recall was announced when it was discovered that the elbow joints on the mount do not fit correctly and it can cause the mount to tilt and fall. The recalled products were sold at independent television mount dealers from June 2009 to July 2010. Consumers have been advised to bring the defective product back for a replacement.
