Magnetic toys recalled due to choking hazard

Posted on Monday, March 29th, 2010 at 7:54 am

Parents who purchased magnetic toys including the Magtastik and and Magnetix, Jr. Pre-school toys from MEGA brands have been warned to discontinue use of the toys and return them to the manufacturer because small magnets can detach from the toys and may be harmful if swallowed by a child. The recall was voluntarily issued by the manufacturer in order to prevent harm to children playing with the toys.
