Over 1.2 million Graco high chairs were recalled on Wednesday after a fall hazard was discovered.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the screws that hold the front legs of the high chair can loosen or fall out. In addition, the plastic bracket on the back legs can crack and cause the chair to become unstable, presenting a fall hazard. Over 460 reports were made of the product defect and 24 injuries were reported.
