A 35-year-old laborer from Kearny was injured on the job when he was struck by a detached wheel. If you’ve been injured while on the job, the New Jersey personal injury lawyers of Levinson and Axelrod may be able to help you get your day in court.
The man was working in the median of a highway when a trailer-tractor which was driving by lost its wheel, which struck the laborer, leaving him completely disabled. Evidence presented at the trial established that the tire had recently been replaced, and neither the owner nor the contractor who had replaced the tire had fastened the lug nuts properly. Levinson and Axelrod attorneys Ronald Grayzel and James Dunn tried the case, and secured the $8 million award for the injured man.
